DUCTWORK
 
 
High quality GI duct with 200µm zinc plating that is virtually as corrosion resistant as stainless steel. Ideal for outdoor application. These ducts and fittings come in sizes from 80mm to 1000mm dia., joined together using convenient 2-screw pull ring. It is known for its convenient installation and dismantling, preferred when future duct layout amendment is likely.
It also looks esthetic as its bends smaller than 450mm diameter is pressed out, unmatched by any other air duct in the market. With thickness of 0.8mm, this duct is used widely in wood, paint making, food and beverage, paper mill, pharmaceutical and construction material industries where dust materials are not sharp and abrasive.
When condition demands, duct of various thickness are used. DAV installed duct as thick as 6mm and high temperature boiler plate MS. Bending radius varies from as sharp as 1.5D for general application light and fine powder to 15D for high solid-fluid-mass-ratio conveying. Material abrasiveness and size of piece are also taken into account. Smoother duct elbow is employed to facilitate material conveying, and reduce energy loss in conveying.
 
 
Erosion on elbow is watched by casting concrete on external side of it, or using elbow with external surface replaceable.
