DAV
cartridge dust collector is used when space
is limited or as a more economical solution
to dust problem. comes in pleated form, each
cartridges offers filter area of 5 to 16m2,
in a size as small as 325mm dia. X 1000mm length,
this makes it relatively compact. DAV has options
of polyester (PE), polyester with anti static
coating, polypropylene (PP) and selulose paper,
each has its filtering characteristic and application.

Cartridge
dust collector is commonly used in pharmaceutical
industries, where high filtering efficiency
is expected. In some case, exhaust air is
treated with HEPA filter, and channeled back
into clean rooms. Silencers are installed
in such case. All DAV cartridge dust collectors
come with filter pulse jet system. This automatically
and effectively purges and dislodges material
plugged on filters. |

Cartridge
dust collector is suitable for various dedusting
use like rubber grinding, pharmaceutical, cement,
mineral process, aluminium dust, paint pigment
& chemicals. |

DAV cartridge dust
collector is top loaded, and access through clean compartment.
This makes filter replacement easy and much cleaner.
Although customer does not have to replace or dismantle
filters in 2 years, we understand the hassle and messiness
of filter replacement. This is a caring design, for
our customer as well as environment. |
